Better than previous apple hill apps but the search feature is almost useless. One question: “who has bacon and eggs??” Also is this another thing farmers pay for? Maybe. Not a lot of apple hill places mentioned on here. Is this for the customer or the marketing team? There’s gotta be a way to benefit both!
I must’ve forgotten why I deleted the app in the first place. Went up last weekend and maybe it’s AT&T but such bad cell service, the app didn’t work. My friend had a different carrier and the cell service was also bad. I’m inclined to think this app wouldn’t work anyway. Took too long to open a map. Also it’s missing some of the major farms/orchards. Not very helpful. Maybe more useful looking at it at home and planning your trip in advance.
The information provided on this app is not as comprehensive as it ought to be; lots of Apple Hill businesses aren’t even mentioned. And the info categories seem defined somewhat haphazardly.
