I’m noticing a lot of people have this problem. I was in the middle of leaving a review when my app crashed and my items were removed from my cart. Very annoying

App is very slow and glitchy. Buttons are unresponsive and take several taps before they respond. Pics download very slowly. In fact, the whole app is extremely slow which makes browsing shoes painful. It’s unfortunate, because the prices and selection quality are far better than other discount retailers out there (at least for dress shoes). But the shopping experience is far worse. I’m sticking to web browser based shopping with OB until they improve this app significantly.

Every time you go out of the app, not even close it or anything just go to another app and come back, it'll say that your page got moved or deleted so you have to scroll all the way back down to where the shoes you were already looking at before it crashed. It's really annoying. The pages load really slow too and make it so that when you tap one thing it taps another and makes you wait through a whole other loading screen. Glad the business itself is reliable, but the app is just garbage.
