NueGo Bus Ticket Booking App

I booked a ticket for my mum and due to rain we we were struggling to reach the boarding point, the conductor had the audacity to say no we cannot wait and moved the bus, which is fine. I called him back and requested if we manage to reach the second boarding point, can we still board the bus, he said I can’t help you. Call customer support and check with them. When I called them, they agreed and asked to reach the boarding time before the bus arrives, we did that. On calling the conductor, he said he had no words with the team and he again declined to board it. He was rude and had no empathy to what he did. My mom had medical injuries and this man had no humanity to help plus he blocked my number so that I could not reach him. Fortunately I saw the public’s transport officer, he stopped the bus and helped my mom to board the bus. I have been far from my hometown for a decade and have never had such an awful experience in my entire life. Plus the ac water was leaking and the bus was stopped multiple places where it shouldn’t be stopping to get those extra passenger. I can’t believe that it was a private bus rather it seemed to me as if it was a public’s transport. HORRIBLE SERVICE PATHETIC BEHAVIOUR!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Till date no one has contacted and no resolution has been provided

I have travelled 5 times yet and I am just loving the idea of travelling electric with Nuego. #Genuinereview✌🏻 First of all that I really find the design language on point. I mean the exterior design is quite fascinating and then the interior ergonomics is perfecto. Even the last seats are reclining. Second, the price point is too sweet to believe. I have to travel to Delhi frequently so it’s a win win for me with the price and the peace of travelling on time. Third is the notion of supporting green mobility. This EV is really just a little better then the ICE buses in terms of refined feel and smooth drive in it. And just to put a cherry on the cake, the idea of free snacks meal, water bottles and the face mask one time has just made me a true fan of its commitment to the consumers.♥️⚡️🚎 One constructive feedback would be to use bus stands as the boarding points rather than the nearby chowk which sometimes gets a challenge to reach there can be improved according to my experience in 2 cities in Punjab. Keep electrifying Nuego!!

I have never had such a terrible experience with Nuego as I spoken with driver Mr. Palanivelu. He forcefully made me get down near the Gurugondapalya Flyover entry area. I had requested to be dropped at the nearby Nagasandra, but he ignored my request. Later, I overheard him talking with the co-driver, suggesting they remove this stop from the drop list in the app. When the vehicle approached the stop, I told him to pull over, but Palanivelu instructed the co-driver not to stop there, instead pulling over at a service road that was not a designated bus stop. When I asked for his name, he said ‘Palanivelu’ and arrogantly stated that he wasn’t afraid of any complaints. They dropped me off in an area with no auto connectivity, forcing me to walk 200 meters to reach the actual bus stop. I used to prefer Nuego for its luxury and comfort, but now, because of this driver’s rude behavior, I am considering switching to other options. Please take strict action to prevent such incidents in the future. Bus No: TN 12 BB 8937. Additionally, the driver even stopped in the middle of the flyover for another passenger and refused my request to stop near the Nagasandra stop for better connectivity.”
