I am giving this app 0 nothing it is a scam. My 5 year old daughter accidentally did something on this app and it chanrged me $29 and I can’t find ANYWHERE to cancel and get my money back so apparently I’m gonna have to get ahold of apple or the App Store and see what to do and how to help make this stop and not happen to anyone else. This is completely ridiculous and unacceptable there shouldn’t be any issues when it comes to canceling a subscription.
No way to cancel before subscription renews. Emailing was not helpful. Zero stars
This application never had me create an account after I did the initial $0.99 trial and yet I was charged twice to my PayPal account. I provided the email to this “seller” and asked for a refund for a subscription I didn’t have, However this was nowhere to be seen on the application, I do not show a subscription in my apps or iPhone menu as I do other applications and checked the app itself before I deleted it with no area to show. The company even replied stating they couldn’t locate or find a subscription tied to the email provided and also couldn’t see a transaction with the two IDs tied to my PayPal charges. I find the application to be a scam set up to gain recurring payments from those who aren’t paying attention and I’m actively looking for how to report the application. It’s one thing for me to not be able to show this subscription on the iPhone itself but entirely more when the company that is charging me continues to respond saying they don’t show a subscription to the only email tied to my iPhone games/downloads and PayPal account.
