No1 CopperPot

I have been a member of Copper Pot for many years and have always been impressed. If liaising on the phone the staff have always been very friendly, polite, professional and efficient. More recent transactions have been on line and although I am not a I.T. Expert I find the system easy to use and navigate my way around. Excellent as always.

If anyone out there eligible to be a member hasn’t yet subscribed to this fantastic institution then they should do so now. I’ve been in it from the beginning and never looked back. If it’s regular savings, a loan or anything else financial the Copper Pot is without doubt the best for you. I’d strongly recommend you join. Steve Clough Retired Officer.

Now it’s working it is relatively user friendly and easy to use. Setting up wasn’t so smooth, having set up when I tried the app I just got a blank screen! This went on for a number of days until four or five days later the app fired up and I’m in. If it was just set up I would have put one star. Hope this is just my experience and not common.
