Simple basic card simple basic app does everything you need to nothing complicated as long as you keep up your payments the interest rate isn’t really relevant. I just pay off what I spent the month before I found it very useful after a few weeks, they gave me a small card rise to amount that I’m very happy with and I’m quite happy to say yeah, I would recommend it
I got accepted for this card recently. It came through and I got ready to use it. Well, that was wishful thinking because I’ve been struggling with the 3D authentication process 🤬 Took forever for them to accept my photos of my driving license and, even when they did finally accept that along with the 2 other ‘challenges’ they STILL haven’t cleared me to make the purchase that was the whole reason for getting the card. I’ve had other credit cards and never had this issue. Maybe tell people during the application process that, once accepted, they’ll have to do further tasks before being able to use it. I’m at the stage where I’m considering just cancelling because, honestly, the item I want is definitely going to sell out before this lot let me use the card for its intended use. I get online safely and welcome it, but this is beyond a joke.
This app is a complete joke. You can’t even sign up — it just throws the same error every time: “We can’t send verification messages at this time.” This isn’t some one-off issue either; there are countless reviews from other people saying the exact same thing, some going all the way back to March! Clearly, Onmo doesn’t care. They’ve left this broken for weeks (if not months) and keep posting the same copy-and-paste response: “Please get in contact with us.” What’s the point of contacting you when you clearly aren’t fixing anything? I’m done. I’ll be paying off my credit card and closing my account. Terrible app, terrible support, terrible experience.
