NinjaRMM Screenshare Utility

I love using my iPad for on-the-go work, and NinjaOne is our preferred IT portal. However, one major thing keeping me from being able to get full functionality out of the Screenshare Utility on my phone, and especially my iPad, is the fact that the mobile version of the Screenshare Utility is lacking the ability to natively open up a message box and talk to the client. I use this feature all the time when accessing client computers on my laptop, and it would be so nice if this feature were to make its way to the mobile version as well so I could easily speak to clients instead of opening up Notepad on their computers and typing out a message to them there lol. Just feels less professional to do it the Notepad way, rather than it being baked into the app itself the way it is on the desktop version. Otherwise, everything else runs great using this app!

Ever since the new update major keyboard issue. No longer have the F keys and additional modifier keys. Keyboard also keeps popping up on its own and hard to close when clicking.

Keyboard has issues now. Keeps opening with every click. Messes with compatibility
