i canceled several months ago and "ninja pro" is repeatedly billed to my applecash which has no support from apple. i ROTATED THE NUMBER. still being billed this is so frustrating they don't have a great support system either they owe me money ; $15*6+ months

Up until they switched everything over strictly to super ninja, NinjaAI was a fantastic tool, especially its unlimited use for the price. Their new updates kept downgrading the NinjaAI and demanding users use SuperNinja until finally they phased the unlimited model out altogether. I’d been a long, long time paying subscriber, and I just canceled my subscription and deleted the app. Someone took Lightning in a Bottle and let it out so they could sell something mediocre in its place. I’m now looking for a better platform, maybe something like NinjaAI used to be.
