Nina Beste|Meditation Balance

I have been following Nina’s work for some years now on YouTube and am so glad I made the switch to the app. So many things you can choose for a great price.

There are so many fabulous options to customize your meditation. From various life goals with a soothing voice that guide you through the session to musical and ambient soundscape themes. You can even add your own content. I love the ability to fine tune my meditation and come out refreshed, calm and centered. Although I've only scratched the surface of the app, I look forward to the release of additional features in the future!

I have tried several meditations online, as well as apps, but none compare to this one. Thanks to the creator you can choose exactly how you want to meditate, and if you are starting out you have so many guided meditations in the library to choose from. I also love the courses and journeys, like that you are taken through each step. They still let you choose how loud you want the music etc. to play here too, which is amazing! So all in all, definitely worth installing , I finally meditate more often as it is fun and I can fit it into my schedule.
