Awful, very time-consuming and does not work properly. For example, if you park across midnight you cannot then change the date when you pay back to the previous day so long is contacting the location where you’ve parked and asking them to backdate a payment to the previous day so that you don’t get a fine from Nexus. Also Selecting locations that does not work properly. I have tried putting in the number doesn’t search on iPhone. I have tried putting in Taunton Ford Taunton Deane that does not work either the only way to find the location is to go into the list all locations option and then find the location you want in there. Very amateurish coding!

Every transaction takes an extended length of time. You have to return to the app once you’ve verified payment with your banking app in order to verify the payment yet again (this is done automatically on the server side with other apps I have used). You can’t use PayPall. Transactions are frequently unsuccessful with the app blaming network connection despite many other apps working under the same conditions. The user account for this app is the same for other locations and other methods of payment but this is not entirely transparent. And if you do get a parking charge, the payment system for that feels like a scam. I’d rate 0 stars if I could.
