What kind of application is this? Isn’t this an essential app for everyone, especially for people living abroad? We should be able to use this app to check our vehicle’s insurance validity, pollution/PUC validity, and whether there are any pending challans or fines on the vehicle. For people living abroad, this is even more important. For example, when we come to India, drive our vehicle during our visit, and then return abroad, a traffic fine or challan may be issued after we have already left the country. How are we supposed to know about that fine? We do not always receive an SMS notification about every fine, and there is no guarantee that someone will properly inform us about it. That is why an app like mParivahan is so important. At the very least, we should be able to open the app from outside India and check whether any new challans or fines have been issued against our vehicle. Unfortunately, when we try to access the app from outside India, it simply keeps showing the same message again and again: “Try again sometime.” This is extremely frustrating. What kind of service is this? Please provide an update and fix this issue. This is an essential government service, especially for Indians living abroad who own vehicles in India. If we cannot access the app when we are outside the country, how are we supposed to keep track of our vehicle, insurance, PUC, and any fines or challans? Please make the app accessible from outside India as well and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

This app is a complete disaster. Can't register vehicles, can't search anything, can't even update profiles without session timeouts. A total waste of time and resources. Avoid at all costs.
