Next lock

Installed for kids to open door without having to use a key. The fingerprint scanner does not work for the kids fingers, but it works for me. The kids are able to unlock by entering the passcode. I also do not get notifications on my phone when the door is locked and unlocked. That would be helpful to get alerted when they come home when I am away. I’ve turned on the notification settings. Overall happy with purchase. It is easy to install and have been using it for two months.

The only real issue I have with this lock is being able to unlock it wherever I am for someone I specifically know or send them a key that actually works as it’s created somewhere else other than on the Wi-Fi wish that you could fix that so we can either create a key or unlock it from anywhere without being connected to Wi-Fi I do have a gateway connected to it and still should be able to unlock it no matter where I’m at. Please fix that. also, really wish that you would have a connecting app on the Apple Iwatch. would really help at times when you don’t happen to have your phone with you.

My husband and I got the locks for ease of use with the kids. We’ve come to realize we can’t both be logged in as it logs the other person out and we have to resign into the app. This is quite a pain as it doesn’t save the password either or use Face ID. Other than that they seem to work okay. We got the gateway so we can lock and unlock the doors if the kids forget. Please fix this so we can both be logged in!
