I’ve used binaural beats for about ten years and have tried countless apps and sources. This is hands down one of the best. There are so many options and I love the ability to set the tracks on the playlists for specific times and strengths. The ability to play it in the background is also fantastic! I highly recommend giving this app a try. I was so sad when my free trial was over because it did wonders for my insomnia and focus! Someday when I can afford it, I’ll definitely get the subscription.
