I am not sold on NEO and just have it because of the Bay. It was not clear that I had to activate the physical card online first. Then when it was not working I tried to call only to get a message to call back as they were too busy. Then I ordered something that did not show up. I had no idea it had not gone through and it was a one day sale. Then I got a stmt. most confusing. Have these people not seen other credit cards. You should show balance at statement date and purchases after stmt date. Because it does not indicate what the statement date is nor the due date. The due date is stipulated as 20 days. Can they not just state the date as every other credit card? Right now I only use this card when I have to for an additional percentage off at the Bay.

Love this card!!!! accepted everywhere and easy to use. Rebates are amazing, and on almost everywhere I shop. As I was approved I was able to access the account from my Apple Pay. My card came in the mail quickly.

Currently the top option in Canada. Highly recommended!
