This app has to be rated as the bank itself, as there is no other way to deal with it: there is no branches to visit and talk to a specialist. From this perspective it’s pretty bad: there is no chat to talk to support, no clear way to send a message, chat bot is terrible, when you are lucky to get through unfriendly multiple layers of choice on phone, a support person can just hang up instead of answering your question. So, when they charge you for their own mistake, you won’t be able to resolve it as you would do with any normal bank.

Mostly just a hack of the mobile website. Stupid marketing as soon as you login every time, and it’s exactly the same. It takes up half the screen. Get rid of it! This app is trying to be flashy and designed by someone not in touch with people. Ugly bloated display. A simple clean app with info all over it. Stupid notifications counter on the app icon that doesn’t go away and is useless. In that I don’t have a choice, the app gets me by. The old one had a nicer interface. Cheque deposits are awkward at times. When I open the app, why do I have to click to login? Being faceID and TouchID does the login? Some other banks just log you in when you open the app, an obvious easy time saver.
