NEFF Virtual Brochure

Congratulations between this app and the website you have managed to confuse us in what should have been an easy and exciting process to select our products. Website filters don’t work and the use of stock photo’s on the app does not give us the feel and the detail we want to enable the correct product selection. I appreciate nobody wants to produce brochures these days but companies such as Siemens, Neff and Bosch should be ahead of the game in using technology to make product selection a pleasure. We have meeting with our kitchen supplier tomorrow, Tuesday, we have tried the contact on your website - it wants product specific codes. We want to give what we want and get the correct products to match! Missed opportunity…

Nice idea but unfortunately when you go to sign up it’s supposed to send you an email confirming your details. I’ve used four different email addresses this week to try and register but I e not received one confirmation email back .. when attempting to login it says email not verified so I’m no further forward. Slightly puts me off their brand if they can’t even get this to work.
