Nectar - Employee Recognition

This app is hands-down one of the best tools our company has ever implemented. On the surface, the recognition and rewards feature is incredibly fun. The points add up quickly, and the rewards catalog has endless options. I’ve already redeemed my points for some swag and even a new ping pong paddle! 🏓 But the real value of Nectar goes way deeper than the rewards. It genuinely builds team comradery and lifts our culture. I’ve made it a habit to send shoutouts as often as possible because I've seen firsthand how much it means to people. It’s an instant way to let your teammates know that their hard work is noticed and that they actually matter. In fact, the culture of recognition on this app has become so second nature to me that I catch myself trying to send "shoutouts" to people in my everyday life outside of work, before remembering it’s just a work thing! If you want to boost morale and create a workplace where people feel genuinely valued, Nectar is the way to go. Highly recommend!

Never heard of this app before this job, the job I am at is very informative and amazing. They provided this app for us and the creators did a great job! Especially so that our HR team asks us what we think should be a good challenge so we can receive more points! I’ve noticed in other places I have worked employees don’t feel recognized for their hard work and sometimes it can be hard for them to keep improving and a vast majority of people using this app would say it’s helped them feel more confident in their work place than other places they have worked. It’s a great app and I highly recommend for companies that are looking to improve their recognition for their employees!

My new workplace uses Nectar for employee rewards and recognition. I can genuinely say that Nectar has the ability to transform the culture within a company. The constant micro recognition from coworkers has helped me to feel engaged and like I belong on the team. It’s been a night and day difference compared to other platforms that past companies have used. People actually USE Nectar and now I see why! To top it all off, this app is simple and easy to use.
