I have been loving this app and the step-by-step process Melani took me through to meditate. I have been meditating for years, but I love her five stat process. And now I’m going through the 21 day journey meditating on a specific chakra each day. I am really enjoying it.

So grateful to have been blessed to find this guided meditation app. I have been able to let go of past hurts and strengthen my relationship with my Savior and that has changed my relationships and boundaries with others around me. My relationships are healthier and I don’t have the same feelings of hurt. I’ve been able to let go of some things and embrace new joyful experiences and moments.

This is the quickest way I have found to be filled with balance and peace. It is such a gift to truly feel at one with Jesus Christ. I love that Melani’s whole purpose in each mediation is to bring me to Jesus and to feel that strong connection to Him. It happens every time.
