Constantly fails and difficult to navigate. I expect better from a banking mobile app.
The app is poorly organized. It’s hard to find your way around it. The months’ activity are clumped month to month - Instead of a scroll. Basic navigation is made difficult, eg, the arrow to go back is in the top right and hard to find. The ppl are great at the bank. But this app feels like it was made by the B-team. It’s made me want to switch to a different bank with a better mobile experience because that’s how I do all my banking. I’ve only stepped in needham bank once and that was to open an account. This app is poorly made.
The women at the Dover branch are at the top of there game. They can handle any problem or answer any question you have. Deb and Sandra have helped me so much and I thank them. All tellers and managers could take a lesson from them on customer service. Thank you ladies and Needham bank
