Exceptional Service and Quality at Nature’s Remedy Nature’s Remedy is hands down one of the best dispensaries I’ve visited. From the moment I walked in, I felt a calm, welcoming vibe that matches their name perfectly. The staff was super friendly, patient, and really knew their stuff—they helped guide me through their impressive selection without any pressure. The quality of their products is outstanding. Whether it’s flower, edibles, carts, or topicals, everything I’ve tried has been fresh, effective, and clearly curated with care. I especially appreciate how clean and organized the store is, with clear signage and a layout that makes it easy to browse. Nature’s Remedy also runs great deals and daily specials, making top-shelf products accessible at fair prices. It's obvious they care about their customers and their community. If you’re looking for a reliable, relaxing, and high-quality cannabis experience, Nature’s Remedy is the place to go. I won’t shop anywhere else!

Nature’s Remedy was described to me by the owner as place to help others, but as it turns out they are just as fake and sleazy as every other Middle Eastern owned Michigan dispensary. A big Thumbs down to the dispensaries that treat their employees like dogs, & by having nepotism in management that cannot manage people to save their lives, and Nature’s Remedy is now officially on that horrible list. Management was the absolute worst I’ve ever experienced. In particular, a cowardly “manager” named Jordan,who was given this title by the family owner, profiled me (upon seeing me as an older white guy). Jordan “the manager” then found a reason to terminate me, his reason was that I parked the delivery car by the store for a moment with the window in the vehicle rolled down approximately two inches because of the unexpected warm weather we had that day. The vehicle was empty and locked as I was just coming back for another route and would literally be back on the road in under ten minutes. Other drivers that have been in accidents and damaged company vehicles are still employed to this day. I was respectful to every staff member, also I complied with everything including making pre-rolls, washing dishes, and preparing deliveries/pickups. The reason I use the word coward to describe this “manager”, is because Jordan got the young lady dispatcher to fire me when I walked in for my shift the next day. He gave her the weakest excuse, making the interaction with this young dispatcher that much more awkward.

I’ve been three times now. Extremely kind and helpful bud tenders, simple and quick entry, and great products for a great price. The app is also easy to use and a great user experience. Congratulations on your 2 Year anniversary!!
