It’s no secret that I love to shop with Natural Life! I’m retired and recently widowed, so now I spend some of my leisure time looking through my favorite App (NL) & purchasing not only for myself but my family & friends. I don’t ever want to be too old to enjoy the darling clothes, accessories and items for the home! I recently purchased several different designs of the precious window panels for rooms in my home, the colors are beautiful & vibrant, the rooms feel so soft and cozy now. I Love them❣️ I think it’s true that no matter where you shop that not every item of clothing is going to be appropriate, for you, your body or your age group. Shopping Natural Life, makes it easy for me to find and purchase items I’m sure to love and actually enjoy wearing. I am confident in the quality & softness of the fabric and the ease with which the pieces can be worn in a variety of styles & layers. I do enjoy keeping up with fashion trends and in the past have purchased many clothes in a variety of stores, that I did not get excited about or I didn’t wear because it was difficult to put them together with items I already had. Now that casual clothes make up 85-90 percent of my wardrobe & the clothes I find on Natural Life mix so well with many of my existing things, I feel as though I’ve finally found the Ying to my Yang. So Thank you, NATURAL LIFE , your clothes, Accessories & home items make it easy to always find something I love for myself or for giving to others that truly appreciate the treasures of Natural Life.

Been a not-so-frequent shopper, but spend BIG when I do look at what’s offered. Love everything I’ve purchased—tee shirts, socks, jewelry, blankets, pillows, trinkets, beaded window covers, mugs. All good quality and affordable. I’ve not always used the app, but as a “more seasoned” shopper (age 60+), I have found it very easy to use, plus there’s a few added little perks. I do always start my shopping adventure browsing thru the sales and/or clearance area—find the best ever deals there. Have had only one issue with shipping—received a ceramic mug broken into many pieces, even tho it was wrapped well. Texted a photo—easy—no questions, no problems. Was not charged for the item—they still sent me a free replacement mug—no charge for the mug, no charge for shipping. Never had that happen before…wonderful gold standard of customer service. What I like best about natural life is everything is unique and cute giving off a special vibe! Big fan of this special company all the way around!

I have now ordered 5 times from this app. In just the few months that I have been a customer, they have continued to make little changes to the site which help the customer. Such as, I’ve not had to call them for assistance in returns, etc. Technical issues seem to be resolving. That’s great! I’m still having a problem one problem thou. Occasionally the app stops, and so I have to restart my phone. It was worse but appears to be responding better. If not for that I would have given a five star. FYI, today while browsing I noticed on one page that the text wasn’t placed with the proper product. Just mixed up on one page. It was the Summer/Beach stuff page if that helps and it was on Monday, April 10th @ approximately 11:00am.
