Namola - Safety & SOS Alert

Namola used to be a great application. Smart alerts worked so well but as of late the alerts are inconsistent. Even with all the correct privacy and location settings, the app still fails to notify me or any of my other family members. I can confirm that there is definitely an issue with the notification system. Hopefully the Namola team can get this fixed because at the moment we’ve all migrated to Life360 and notifications and location information is spot on and working as expected. Come on Namola, these are basics you guys got right in the beginning.

The app itself is a very responsive and well worked out in terms of interface and simplicity. Namola is one of the only apps that offer a one tap solution to any emergency. Time and again I have used it in emergencies and have always responded within 30 seconds. Even after an emergency or incident, a representative will phone you to check that everything is fine. They certainly have a team of well sourced and trained staff to ready help for any situation. Namola is paving the road ahead to safety for all citizens.
