It won’t even let you log in after new update it just shuts you out and it’s like you never opened the app

I no longer experience timeout or reliability issues using this app. Love that I can submit my claim via the app!

This app times out every several minutes even if you are in the process of typing in data. Then you have to login again and restart the claim you were working on. Sometimes it is so slow downloading a finished claim that it times out while the circle is spinning and you have to do the entire entry again. I tried adding one Rx 4 times before giving up and switching from an iPad to a desktop which was very time-consuming as I had to send myself the image of the receipt, crop it, save it to the drive, then upload it to Myrsc. Also, It will not permit you to change the date from the day you are adding a claim even if that was not the day you received services. I’m just hoping my claims will be approved even though their dates don’t match the receipts.
