MYLO1 - Corporate Mobility

I take the Navi Mumbai to Lower Parel route and been doing it for more than a year. The buses are never in a good condition. Firstly once in a while they break down and this has become a pattern. Then the interiors of the bus are so bad. It's very noisy and the seats dont remain straight. They just recline because the mechanism is broken. It's not like these are free services, if you are charging us so much money, the least we can expect is good service. There's a lot for you and your team to learn from City Flo. This is absolutely not acceptable and me and other bus members have started looking for alternatives to Mylo now. Also their customer service is pathetic. They are unresponsive, you will be stranded on the streets waitinh for a response from them. And their drivers keep changing and half of them dont know the route and we have to guide them for the initial days. I unfortunately dont have a city flo alternative on my route otherwise I wouldnt put myself through this hellhole of being in a mylo bus.

Using mylo since a while but the only problem I am facing is with the application. Now I am unable to open my application only in my phone since yesterday. The logo appears but it shows its loading, and never loads even after 15 20 mins of loading. I restarted my iphone but still the problem stayed. I had to uninstall and then reinstall the application but now also the same problem is there. Please fix it. I am unable to book or check the details of my already booked rides. Please provide a solution at the earliest on this. I would also like to suggest to please keep an option to use the map and not make it compulsory in the application. Because many a times when the location is off the app wont load and wont even give a popup why it is not loading. (My location services are on still I am facing the above issue mentioned in the first para).

Been using Mylo Rides for 3 months. Appreciate the service levels provided. Buses are neat and clean, rides are mostly on time. The app seems a bit buggy but the team is proactive in bringing updates. The customer support team has also been prompt to redress certain issues I had at the start. All in all, a great service that does its job well.
