Worst experience ever! I booked the 25+ items service on 13 Aug, and although the bags were promised by 19 Aug, they arrived only on 24 Aug. I filled all 4 bags and raised the pickup request immediately, but the pickup happened only on 29 Aug—and the courier took just 1 out of 4 bags! Yet the app now shows that all bags have been picked up. The entire process is taking almost a month, with delays at every step. You also have to pay for the bags, and there’s no proper customer support to resolve issues. Honestly, I could have simply donated these clothes to a nearby orphanage and saved my time, money, and frustration. Complete waste of time and money.

The Tooused app is a pleasant surprise! It is great for selling old clothes. Its interface is clean and easy to navigate, making it simple for anyone to start using right away. I love how smoothly it runs—no glitches or delays. The features are thoughtfully designed and genuinely helpful for everyday tasks. This is truly an inspirational concept and fantastic app. I never thought about textile being a waste and that to with such extinct. I have declutter might clothes several times in this app and the rewards are fantastic. I genuinely tool time to review you guys coz the amount of work and idea is unique and amazing.
