Poor entry results with family members, even though all names and vehicles are correctly labeled. I’ve been here 2 years and my family and friends have intermittent issues contacting me for entry authorization. Lately I do not receive any phone calls to my two numbers that are Absolutely registered in my account and profile settings.I’ve had to argue the point that I’m on my phone while the ENVERA representative claims that they’re calling and there’s no response. Other times they refuse to call me additional times citing that no one is answering while Im actually on the phone with family member or visitor. sometimes I have to walk to the gate to resolve issues of entry. I appreciate good security, but this isn’t good service at all. Totally frustrating. Please do something quickly. Thank you.

Basic app with very simple functionality. User notifications are buggy at best. The Visitor management component of the app and on the website began to fail. So Envera took their entire system offline and left the gates to our community open! In fact, they left all the gates to ALL the communities they service open! Now there is no gate security! This is what was conveyed to me when I called the company directly. All Envera served communities have been without front gate security for over a week and the customer service people have no resolution date in site. It would appear that their IT department made this decision. They built a monolithic app that is serviced by third-party communications and storage; one failure in the chain and the whole system is compromised. Needless to say, we are actively shopping for an alternative gate security system and will be dumping Envera in the very near future.

Every time I go to login, it will not save the password in my settings… I have tried to look it up in settings under… My Envera… Or even looking up my user name because it is different on this site. There is nothing in there saved. I cannot keep the site open so I don’t have to continue logging in so every time I want to login I need to contact him to have them reset the password. When I follow the instructions so I can reset the password. It brings me back to the login screen where I can’t login… I continuing annoying frustrating app.
