This app lets me create new guest pins indefinitely, but I have no option to reset a permanent resident pin in the app. So you can never change your unique resident entry pin if you ever forget it. I was new to the app, entered a pin, and now I can’t get into my building. I would like to change or “recover” the pin, but the app does not allow that. Instead, I just go to a feature which allows me to create new pins for vendors. There is a setting In the app to make these vendor pins never expire btw. So your neighbor can create a pin of 0000, and any rando who punches that into the console now has access to your building. Good luck everyone.

So the office hyped up this digital directory app that’s supposed to in able us to buzz the door open for guests. Well day #1… doesn’t work. Downloaded the app, followed all the prompts and it doesn’t work. I’m not even in the directory for the building. Neither is my wife. What a let down. Even our door Pins won’t work. Thanks Hawthorne @ Traditions…how about a real call box!!!! Guess we’ll have to keep going downstairs to let guests in…thanks

I’m able to open the door for people and that’s about it. I’m not able to create pins or any of the other features the app claims to have. It’s really a shame. The app is also not very intuitive to use. It’s very basic so you would think it would be easy for the developers to fix /maintain any issues…
