It was only two dollars so it’s no big deal but this is a garbage app, a thoughtless interface and design, somebody needs to do this better… also, pretty big slap in the face that there’s a link right to the website in the app, which offers the same information and you don’t have to pay for

I have been an astronomy obsessed amateur astrophotographer for three years now. I rely heavily on my phone; there are three apps which I use every single time I set up for a night.. This is one of them. Gives accurate info in an easy to understand format... What more could I ask?! On those nights where clouds ruin the fun, I often roam the map, salivating over the clear skies of locations far from mine. In fact, every time I travel, this is the first app I open to see what the night sky will hold for me when I arrive!! It would be cool if the app had some additional features, but none are even worth mentioning because the app is FREE. Considering my other must-have astronomy apps cost embarrassing-to-admit amount, I couldn't be more pleased with myCSC!

This is a great app to have if you're an amateur astronomer like me. It provides all the most relevant forecast data, including cloud cover, transparency, viewing quality, humidity, and more. It's nice to be able to have this info immediately on hand. I would like it better, though, if it included the ability to store more than three locations at once. I've also noticed that it has a tendency to crash often. Fix the stability issue, and you've got yourself a five-star review. Very nice, and useful, for a free app.
