I’ve been tracking my family process with the app and for our I765 the model is forecasting a change to the same current status message as the more likely outcome. Also, there are some incongruences with the time forecasting, sometimes it predicts a result within a month and sometimes over 6 months to 2 years in the future. Besides that, apps it’s a great tool overall

I pay the premium verso of this app. The last couple months every week I have to re login with my information. This time I did exactly the same with my user and password but no longer letting me access. I try the recover password button and nothing, went trough the main website and there’s no way to access my account. I’m trying to contact someone that can help me solve this issue but there’s not a single email or contact information I can use. Very shady way to do business. And the premium version cost me 20$

It was really easy to add my ongoing cases to the app and that way keep track of it. The app also provides a lot of information about immigration processes and helps you to create and manage new cases. It is by far a must if you have to do any immigration process. Highly recommended!
