Used to genuinely enjoy using the My7E app and never minded spending regularly at 7-Eleven because I believed the Superfan benefits were worth it. Unfortunately, my recent experience completely changed that perception. A simple issue involving missing Superfan points from an eligible purchase has been ongoing since 29 April 2026. Despite providing proof of transaction and repeatedly following up myself, I was continuously told that my case had been “escalated” and that I would receive updates via email. Weeks later, there is still no actual resolution. What’s frustrating is not even the points themselves anymore, but the endless cycle of scripted replies, repeated apologies, and lack of proactive follow-up unless the customer personally chases for updates. A loyalty program only works when customers can trust that the promised benefits will actually function properly. Sadly, this experience made me lose confidence in both the app and the customer support behind it.

Although the app works well, but the loyalty program, Monday Madness, Crazy Wednesday and vouchers are the worst! First up, to retain your title as a ‘loyal fan’ and ‘super fan’, you must earn every points before they’re all expired by next year. Yes, we can visit 7-Eleven to purchase anything, but all of these products are expensive due to operational and franchise costs. So therefore, it’s not worth it. For the promo and voucher, this app should use location base like which state and town we live in so that we all know what promo dropped in on Monday and Wednesday, not displaying products in which we can find still says “only available in peninsular Malaysia”. Definitely not generous to the East with that label cause we all want our favourites to have a discount too. Last but not least, the e-stamp part. Y’all add “buy 6, free 1” won’t be a much generous and attractive to new users. A buy 1, free 1 strategy works better than this, so how about a “buy 6, free 3” instead. I’m not dumb, it’s just that y’all don’t make the perfect promo strategy. The best part, we can purchase items using points and redeem vouchers. We can also look up for updates and product info. Not the best app here in terms of loyalty status and promos. I should stick to McDonald’s instead since there’s no loyalty program, more points earn than My7E, generous promos and deals and using the greater points to redeem your favourite McFlurry. If nobody knows how to scan, heh, 7-Eleven should adapt the ones like what McDonald and KFC already have (self member scan). Definitely not worth it to download this greedy app!

It was a great app however its a bit slow on the member stuff….it says I need to collect the points that needed to be a super fan…which I did…and nothing happened….i stayed at the loyal fan for as long as I know…the point system is on point which kind infuriates me cus the points that are collected are not accurate
