I was so happy with the respect that i’ve received from the employees and the patient they have. Thank you alot❤️❤️

I did not find your service very user friendly. It took several attempts to get the initial paperwork done, and I was not able to go back and correct a mistake I had made in entering my birthdate. Then I waited for 3 hours one day and for an hour another day before I was interviewed. The man who interviewed me did not speak a clear Hoch-Deutsch and the reception was not clear either, so we had to switch to English. Nevertheless, I believe we were successful in the end.

I didn’t get the name of your employee taking care of my VideoID for the DKB bank! But he was utmost helpful, friendly and supportive. Yesterday and today I tried several times to get it done, but the phone connections were bad and interrupted. Today it worked so well, because your employee guided me through the whole process. Thank you WebID for a successful termination of it.
