My Scans, best PDF Scanner App

I contact Customer Service about it. They take their time to get back to me about it and it’s never with a solution. This is the second or third time I’ve had trouble with my ability to fax. In the process of fixing it, I have lost the files I had store on my phone. I’ve had to reach out to them before and then it just started working again on his own. Now it’s been a long time and I still haven’t heard back or received a resolution about this problem. Now I just want my money back because I pay an annual amount and I haven’t been able to use it for the full year. I want my money back for that also. I want my money back for the stored 128 pages worth of faxing ability in advance, and I want my money back for that too.

This app is absolutely amazing!! That rly sounds too generic for this app, but it is honestly blowing me away with everything it can do! It can pretty much tell where I need to crop my pics I scan in order for them to be shown right, it keeps info separated in folders, it’s easy to use!! It even has a tutorial so u don’t have to worry about whether or not I’ll have trouble figuring it out! It literally does ALL the work for u with everything!! U have to get it if I haven’t yet!!! It makes all tasks a breeze!! Cut my work time in half and I can focus on more important things!!! Isn’t that the idea!?!?

After purchasing over $20 worth of pages to fax, the app would not acknowledge the purchase (but I was charged for them!). The next day, the pages showed up but it woild not fax telling me to check my intetnet connection (which was fine). An hour later, I tried again and it states I have zero pages available and should purchase more! If you want to use the fax option, this app is unreliable. I want a refund.
