I’ve only had my Schwinn IC4 for about 3 weeks and I’ve used it religiously. The one thing I didn’t care for was guessing what was my RPMs/cadence when using Apple Fitness+. There is a readout on the bike but it’s not good for seeing exact numbers. This app took care of that. I stumbled upon this app doing a search and I’m glad I found it and I happily compensated the developer and paid for the lifetime fee. I love being able to glance down and see what my number is without guessing. Thank you!
This is a great app that effortlessly connects and logs my workouts on my Schwinn IC-4. I paid for the full version immediately because I wanted to support such a solid piece of software, especially one that doesn’t sell user info or include invasive ad trackers. Integration with Apple Health, even just to log stationary bike time, would make it even better if that’s something doable without sacrificing the integrity of the app.
*UPDATE* James reached out and went above and beyond to troubleshoot why the app wasn’t working with my Garmin sensor. He even purchased the sensor to test it out himself. His worked, so I reached out to Garmin, they sent me a replacement, and it immediately displayed my cadence! Thanks to the developer for the excellent service (especially for a free app) in what turned out to be an issue with the equipment. Works perfectly and I am happily using this fabulously simple app on my rides. ********* It detects and sets up my Garmin cadence sensor, and shows the name of it on the screen. But it does not display cadence, no numbers appear.
