The old Magic Valley app used to keep your credit card on file which made it easy to pay your balance. The new updated app does not keep your credit card information on file and I have paid $300-$400 to get my service reconnected due to my meter being an old meter at my apartment complex and they need to send a maintenance man out to reconnect it the reconnection fee is $100. Can we get an app that saves our card so that we don’t have this issue anymore? Or is that how Magic Valley works off of peoples hundred dollar maintenance calls. I know gas went up but this is ridiculous.

I didn’t like this new app at all, I hate that it doesn’t allow you to save your credit card info and you have to input every month to pay the bill. Unless I’m the one who can’t find where to save the info.

I had no problem registering again. It’s very easy. They also provide a video as to how to register very detailed. All you have to do is follow the instructions. The app is easy to use, simple not complicated at all.
