The order experience with the app is really bad, I ordered for pick up and the app was just showing “order received” for over an hour, when I finally called the restaurant and they told me “your order is sitting here ready for a long time”. The app doesn’t even show when the order is ready! On top of that, the restaurant staff could have called me instead of just leaving my food there since the place was basically empty. I swear I just keep ordering because this sushi is really good…
