MultiLine for Intune

The worst app for business purposes. The app can’t obtain the new company policy without a human intervention by opening the app which totally defeats the purpose of. Our team has missed more calls and texts than the last 5 years combined. Our mobile support refused to acknowledge the issues. This app also drains the phone battery.

Simple to load and set up. Two numbers, one phone. Love it.

Required to use this app for work now. Several bugs and things that should be improved but not bad once you get the hang of it. Numbers on the dial pad are too small and Bluetooth button often doesn’t work. Every call has static for me, but thankfully not on my client’s end so it’s just something I have to deal with all day. Reached out on their website for support and got no response. All that said, it does work for every call. We used to use Skype which was a nightmare, but at least this functions.
