Great for browsing (tho a bit slow) Impossible to purchase on as can’t progress onto payment

This app was better before the update! Half of the bags don't show up on the 'all womens bags' in the shop section, the daria collection and effie collection don't appear at all.. So if you don't know the specific name of the bag you like.. You have to scroll through a load of photos on selfridges to find the right one so you can put the name into the mulberry app search bar. This app is supposed to make shopping easier not harder! Also.. Before the update you could sort the bags in order of price.. So if you were trying to work under a certain budget then it was so easy to see all the bags under that price.. Now you just have to trail through them endlessly! Please sort this out!

I guess the other reviews must have been written by ppl in competing brands cos I installed this app, registered and bought a bracelet for my wife as an anniversary present with no hassles at all...I wish ppl would just be honest and work harder to make their brands better than resorting to cheap smear tactics...if ppl aren't buying your stuff and you need to put other brands down then you should ask yourself why yours is not the leading brand and why they shop elsewhere....idiots
