Awful app and MTM service is terrible enough it’s killed people I know

Please, please fix the issues plaguing the app and the system for scheduling rides and gas mileage reimbursement via the app and phone. Please make it possible and easy to schedule multiple trips for the same day or add stops in the app, rather than torturous 20-45 minute calls just to handle a basic round trip when the app fails to do so and gives error messages after completing everything exactly as is required. Please fix the address and provider/clinic/pharmacy/location search and finder (for example, a pharmacy was only listed as a ‘smoke shop’, to cite one of dozens of insane examples—if it even recognizes an address at all, let lone a clinic or Doris’s name, despite them being easy enough for a 4 year old to quickly find and see in an online search). And please make it easier to use the app’s trip log function since it often fails to recognize location even when standing literally in the middle of the address—better yet, just have the patient log via GPS when they arrive at their destination, as that seems more reliable and some patients lack the skills or ability to troubleshoot and move around trying to get it to recognize the GPS location before leaving for their appointment, etc—it would likely save you money since that often requires 20-45 minutes on hur phone lines and prolong & save lives.

Why have this when it doesn’t work?

I have not used the app much but when I do, either it has driver pending after I have requested for a ride over 3 days in a advance which for my insurance is the minimum amount to tell them so they can figure things out. The first few times the ride didn’t show up and I had to uber to my appointment. The second time it said I would has two cabs and the drivers were two different men for there and back. I got a text before the driver arrived saying he was here but the man’s name was different. He was incredibly early as well which worked out for that time, but most of my appointments are when theses places open and it’s cold I don’t want to be so early that I have to stand outside for 20 mins. Then today I had a ride supposedly scheduled but I got a text from Lyft saying my rides would be here around 8:01. The options for ride are mile reimbursement and cab…how is this connected to anything else and why can the not say that it has access to my account because I know i didn’t authorize them to be able to make rides on accounts that are personal. I cancelled both of the rides since I did not make them and it said it would get here at 8:01 when my appointment is at 8:50 (i live less than 10 mins away). Nothing in this app makes sense and i end up taking the bus everytime bc that seems more reliable.

App works great now that it’s been updated

Update 2: Thank God this app had an update. It’s not slow and laggy anymore. Love the new UI. My credentials were saved automatically and face login works great. Scheduling appts are a breeze now. Thank you! Update 1: I changed my email address that I login with a while ago and it’s still making me login through an email I don’t even have access to anymore lol. How do I fix this? It’s annoying and time consuming scheduling appts in-app because you have to input the contact information of the facility your appt is at and when you try and copy/paste the phone number to the facility specifically in the phone number field, it doesn’t record it. It erases it and makes you have to start all over. You have to memorize the number and input it in the field or it’ll erase what you already inputted automatically. This is an issue for us members who have memory issues or if you’re on the run and don’t have a pen and paper handy to write the phone number down.
