Horrible experience with their concierge selling service. I paid 35 KD for them to handle selling my car, and it could not have gone worse. They promise that you’ll receive an offer within a couple of days — this never happened. I had to constantly chase them just to get an update. I contacted them through WhatsApp, Instagram, their app, and their phone number, and still went days without any response. When they finally got back to me, they blamed it on the salesperson leaving and someone new taking over. Even after that, the communication and follow-up remained terrible. They also do not mention anywhere that they charge the buyer up to 200 KD when the sale happens. That might be acceptable if the car is worth over 10,000 KD, but when the car is under 5,000 KD this fee becomes a major deal-breaker and scares buyers away. Bottom line: The app is fine if you’re buying a car, but do NOT pay them to sell your car. It’s not worth it.
