Monkey Box Food Delivery

I had a 5 day plan that was active until yesterday (last meal delivered yesterday). When I tried to renew the plan last evening, it wouldn’t allow me to do so saying I already have an existing plan. This is apparently because it uses a date-based expiry. Consequently, I could not renew in time to place an order for today. Their support WhatsApp number and telephone support don’t respond at all. Pathetic to say the least!

They accepted the order for a school that they are not tied up with, upon calling them they promised to refund the funds in couple of days and its been 2 months and i am still waiting for the same. Now they stopped picking up the calls as well. They are doing this for just 400rs, god knows how can they survive with this stupid service

We have placed order and amount deducted but order not took next day but of same day (which is totally wrong) on reaching support they promised delivery but no box made my kid to be in school empty stomach.. how can you allow such negligence and wrong promise .. we have followed up 4 times to ensure box is delivered every time you said it is taken care and at the end you blamed school for not giving .. fun part school say you have not delivered .. trust is very much key when it comes to kids and you have broken that.
