Moniepoint Personal Banking

This app has been giving me concern since I started using it ….whenever I make transactions on it #10 is been deduct from balance on every transaction I did Which is been said to be put as cash back that I can withdraw it back to my main balance but since last month January I’m unable to withdraw the cashback to my main balance again and in the cashback space is not even showing anything there And you guys keep deducting my money Ehn what’s going on Please help find something to do with it This is really not cool with me at all

This app has been giving me headache since yesterday, I need to make transactions but I’m unable to, I even did as they recommended to delete and reinstall the app and restart my phone which make it worse because now I’m completely logged out of my account. I swear to God if i express myself exactly the way I’m feeling right now, I might even get banned from ever commenting again on this app store but i know no matter what i do or say is useless right now, all I can do is to beg you guys to allow me access to my money, I’ll know what to do right after 👿
