I regret downloading this all because I don't understand what nonsense app is this, is this a scam or what ? because it very strange, I swear I will report and sue this app if I noticed my bvn is being used for fraud act or anything happens to my money in my bank later, because it is very stupid to show up 5,000 apply loan after I click apply then he did not show anything more if my loan was approved or denied, I checked my bank app nothing came in, after like 30 minutes time the loan app texted me directly that my 10,000 loan as been approved, instead of 5k, I was surprised and I checked again on my bank I did not receive any money at all, please you people should not use my information to do scam or steal my money from my bank later, because am going to report this app, I did not receive your loan and you texting me that it is approved for what ?? rubbish app,

Please you guys should help me o I was supposed to send money to my personal palmpay account but I mistakenly sent it to the palmpay account you guys gave me to repay my loan and they are both carrying my name please you people should help me verify and send my money back I’ve tried contacting your customer care but they’re not replying me both the one on the app, on WhatsApp and also through email. Nobody is replying me and I’m not owing in the app please I’ve repaid my loan I just mistakenly sent money again to the palmpay you guys gave me with my name instead of my personal palmpay account Please help me rectify the issue please
