Looking at these reviews you’d be thinking twice about getting the app😆 but it works just fine I got it today and it works just fine am pretty sure all the bugs and issues have been resolved on the app ❤️&💡

Customer care service is poor. I sent money from my Momo account to someone using Opay. The money was debited from my Momo account, but the person never received it. I received an SMS saying it was sent to the person, but the funniest part was that in the transaction history, the receipt for that transaction was not there. I was debited, but the transaction didn't show up. I contacted customer care on WhatsApp since 9:33 am They never replied to my message. The calling line kept cutting back and not going through, and I'm wasting my time using this app. Please, you guys should return the money I sent. If it can't be delivered to the account I sent it to, please, I'm begging.

If Nigeria is a functioning country this MoMo should have been banned a long time ago, their are not competitive in all aspects of their services, their customer care agents are so rude, I transferred money from my OPAY account to my MoMo account and for the past two hours I haven’t received the money into my MoMo account in this generation that everything is advanced, I wanted to use the money to solve a problem but receiving the money I sent myself to MoMo account has become another problem for me, it’s so terrible and frustrating that a big company like MTN cannot even create a standard platform for money transactions and yet no one is talking about it.
