Can’t top up in the app
After this huge update they finally made it possible to top up your credit without going to the website. With one important caveat: it doesn’t work. Spent 30 minutes trying to input my card details to pay and the button to proceed remained gray. Validation doesn’t work or something. Poor execution, very frustrating. Went to pay on the web as I always did for years.

App is not working
In the past two weeks, app is showing this message: Content is currently unavailable, check internet connection. I tried deinstalling and agin installing app, force restart phone after that and nothing happened.

App is not working.
App is constantly showing message: “Content is currently unavailable” and to check internet connection. Message appears regardless if phone is on A1 or WI-FI network. Update: after contacting developer support, the app issue was fixed. The issue was resolved within a couple of days. The app is easy to use and has all the necessary info for controlling usage and available credit for a prepaid plan. It is easy to add more credit to the plan using A1 app.
