Yettel advertises roaming for GB, not MINUTES! Based on advertising, I signed up for roaming for my trip to the UK. I was charged 1799 RSD, but I NEVER used the roaming for GB as I was always in a location with Wi-FI. I needed minutes, not GB! I never used any of the GB for which I was charged. PLEASE remove the charge of 1799 RSD from my bill or give me credit on my account. Yettel’s advertising is not at all CLEAR; no offer of minutes/roaming is made, only GB. I signed up for roaming, but did not understand that it was only for GB. Yettel should do a better job with advertising its offers. I called Yettel’s Call Center when I received my November bill last Friday, 5/12, but I was told it was “too late” to request a credit. Moreover, the CSR could not identify my account even after giving her my U.S. passport number, my RS passport number , and my JMBG number. Really POOR customer services, poor record-keeping. Everything is working well, but any option that you may tap sends you to a browser and outside of the app. The app itself does not have many direct links, thus you are sent to their website which kinds of makes the options useless. It does work well when it comes to your own account, balance and profile.
