My A1

I have paid for unlimited internet and tel. conversations until May of 2022 at Mall Veliko Turnovo A1 A1 location. For whatever reason the V.Turnovo representatives have not paid the monthly fee per our contract and I have been disconnected. In case of an emergency, I am not able to contact anyone. I think that this is a violation of the contract and my rights as a human being as well. I cannot call the local company or even *88 to ask about their reason for this horrendously discriminatory policy of A1. I will give A1Bg a 0- stars if I could!

I highly recommend against using their service, I’ve lost 30 euros because their app is just so slow when it comes to updating account status, I activated one of the monthly options and it didn’t say I have it after 5 minutes of constantly refreshing the app so I chose the bottom option which basically only takes money how much you use and its not monthly, I thought this would finally refresh it and it did but it said I now have no money left, when I called the support they told me that I wasted all my internet which is not true and told me to make a ticket Now the process of making a ticket is a whole another story, the page is designed to have you spend 20 minutes figuring out how to make one so you just decide quitting on it, after I finally made a ticket I couldn’t find it anywhere after that so I never got my money back Waste of time and a scam, you’re better off using any other provider

How do I change it to English? This is really important! How do you change it to English? :0 PLEASE RESPOND! I need this app to work my watch, please I don’t speak the language it’s showing me, please help!
