I’m not even sure where to begin but I’ll start with this. They say that their turnaround is 72 hours put on average it has been taken 7 to 10 days in order for them to review the submissions. They also review missions out of order so let’s say I do a mission today and then I do a mission for days from now they’ll review the one that I did it for days from a previous mission first. Also, if you have an issue, they send you the same automated responses. Some of these missions are very time consuming and they only give you 300 to 500 points for a mission that might take your post to an hour if that is equivalent to 3 to 5 dollars. You can redeem the points for gift cards. They offer Visa gift cards, but the Visa gift cards are even excepted everywhere and I have tried to use them and they have been declined. I use 4 to 5 other similar apps that pay out if not the same day within 48 hours max and they pay out real cash not gift cards. I have used this app. Extensively enough to let anyone know that if you’re thinking about using this app, I wouldn’t recommend it. They also will deny your missions for reasons that do not make sense, so again, as I previously stated, I would think 2 to 3 times before we even think about using this app. I am completely done with this as I am writing this review. Now I’m still waiting on missions that I did almost 9 days ago to be reviewed.
Like many others have stated, I too completed a mission that took me probably over thirty minutes to do running back and forth in the store as every item I had to search for was organized in the worst way possible instead of keeping items together that would be in the same general area it asked me to go find something in dairy then in meat then candy then back to dairy that to me was already a bit ridiculous and frustrating, then after all the work was done and I spent a lot of time on all of my answers to the questions etc, I went to submit the job and the app just crashed and started to feeder wouldnt let me submit it, then I closed the app and reopened it, and what do you know all my work was gone and so was the job that was available that was the job I accepted, so you’d think it would still be available if in fact they didn’t accept it or it really crashed and messed up the job should have at least still been available in my understanding at least, so it kinda seems a bit purposeful like the creator of this app programmed it to crash after you complete the job so then they basically get all the info for free, without being “in the wrong” so to speak or at least it would seem that way to the less intellectually savvy individuals. Anyways I hope that is not the case because I am sure one of these days I will give it another shot, but after the reviews I am even more worried due to the fact this has happened to many other people. I will update after I try another mission one of these days when I have an hour to waste. Oh I forgot to mention that I also reached out to support about what had happened and I got no response, so that’s a pretty bad sign also.
I do missions while I’m already out to pick up a little extra cash in gift cards. If you have the 500 points for the $5 gift card you can literally cash them in, check your email and use the card right away! It is true some missions only pay 150 points ($1.50), but it adds up quickly if you keep an eye out for stuff near you. Yesterday I did 6 missions on the way home (4 of which were posted as I was doing other missions) after giving a friend a ride to work and earned enough money to get a cheese danish at Starbucks and have plenty left over to save towards a gift card to buy Christmas presents. I suggest you treat this app as a little extra cash while you’re out but not something to go spend extra gas on. Some tips-make sure you read the instructions, finish the mission completely (don’t get distracted with the sales!) before doing anything else-I’ve screwed myself out of missions by looking around the store and someone else scooped in and finished it! Also make use of the question they ask if you had any difficulties-tell them! They want to know and they will take that into consideration when deciding if you did the mission correctly!
