As an agent in Florida, having access to the MLS in real time gives me an incredible sense of confidence and security. I can instantly view properties, verify details, and provide accurate information to my clients without delay. Another feature I truly value is the ability to see who registers on my website. When a client signs up, I can review their information, know where they are coming from, and understand their profile. This allows me to feel secure, prepared, and confident that I am working with a serious and qualified buyer. For me, this is the best tool I can have as a Realtor. Not only does it elevate my professionalism, but as a woman and a mother assisting families with relocation, it gives me the structure, safety, and clarity I need to serve my clients at the highest level.
I love this app and I use it constantly but I have a few suggestions… 1) We have two separate MLS’s in our physical area and I’m able to log out of the one and log into the other. It would be easier if I had the ability to maintain both of those profiles in the app and switch easily between them. Things especially useful when the agents from the other MLS do not belong to my MLS and don’t list in the proper geographical area. It’s a thing and it is annoying! 2) Another thing I would like to see is I don’t have a Facebook business page anymore because I got locked out of Facebook and lost control of it. Out of sheer stubbornness and a general protest I am not setting up Facebook business page again/ever and therefore I can’t use the feature where I can easily post properties to Facebook from this app. I have a workaround, but it is cumbersome and stupid, and it should be addressed. 3) In reference to Matrix Saved Searches, give us the ability to get to the MLS to update that saved search like you do for the “edit” function on my listing so I can update it on the fly and share it with a prospective customer if I need to. I use a specific saved search when I am at open houses to share stylized searches to people who come to my open house.
I’m upset that MLS is replacing our current app with this trash. It’s basically a limited version of my desktop. It doesn’t have the GPS feature that helped me locate other homes for sale in the neighborhood when out showing homes, in this app you have to actually create a search which is time consuming! I should have the ability to simply open the app and have it show me everything for sale in the area I’m in.
