Not enough variety
I am by no means an exercise fanatic, so the short duration of these exercise exercises suits my attention span very well. I’ve just started, but I feel confident that I will see results.
Unfortunately I deleted the app after the first few minutes. I couldn’t figure out why the audio was not working, it turns out you have to turn on your phone ringer (disable silent mode) for some reason. The voice guidance was also a robotic text-to-speech, not enjoyable to listen to. Hopefully they update this soon with an audio fix and real voice over and I can consider re-subscribing.
