If you’re reading this, you too fell trap to the excellent marketing and seemingly creditable promises of this niche app catering to neurodivergent children needing emotion regulation… but once you actually play the game and observe it- wow what an absolute nightmare. The game’s are high sensory, violent, with weapons and shooting. Extremely disappointed.
My kids’ playtime hasn’t been syncing to the parent app over the last two days since the introduction of the avatars.
Hello We haven't had the best experience in regards to the heart rate monitor as well as fit of. Also when my son plays it does not register in the parent app. I worked with customer service and hopefully it goes better this time. 🙏
